Traditional Scotch Dumpling
Bells have been making Scotch Dumpling from the same recipe since the early 1960's. Using a traditional Scottish "clootie" dumpling recipe, full to the brim with fruit and spices, this product is steamed for over 5 hours.
Best enjoyed at room temperature, with a cuppa. Also very popular with bacon and egg at breakfast!
