Staff sign up for SVQ training
In conjunction with Scottish Bakers we offer a variety of training programmes. More than 50% of our staff have achieved or are working towards their SVQ across a variety of diciplines.
This week saw another 15 staff members sign up for the next level in their SVQ training. 8 people have begun working towards their Level 2 SVQ in Food and Drink Operations (Production and Processing Skills), and another 7 will begin work on Level 3.
